Rick's background includes twelve years experience in retail management and multi-unit oversight, regional merchandising, and corporate training coordination.

Transitioning to the restaurant business offered the occasion for Rick to develop a passion for wine while working as a full-time sommelier and beverage program director. An opportunity to begin a new career on the wholesale distribution side presented new possibilities. After working as an on-premise sales representative for eight years, Rick moved into a position as Director of Vendor Relations.

Rick takes a positive, can-do approach, and finds opportunity in every challenge. As Executive Vice President of Operations, he is involved in all facets of the business, and is squarely focused on helping to take the company to the next level on its way to becoming the premier wine & spirits wholesaler in the nation.

Rick was chosen Employee of the Year in 2007; Manager of the Year in 2008; and Operations Employee of the Year in 2009
