Ben Polk
Director of Distribution Operations

Ben has over eleven years of experience in wine industry warehouse management, and seventeen years of management experience in the automotive industry. He specializes in optimizing efficiency by writing effective policies, procedures and incorporating new concepts for distribution.

Ben’s major focus lies in customer service, where he assists our sales team and our vendors to ensure that the customer is always taken care of. His experience throughout the maze of sales, inventory control and distribution give him and Quality Wine & Spirits an “all the hats” overview perspective and a hands on approach that is a rare combination of talents.

His debut of Quality’s fleet of climate controlled delivery trucks in the fall of 2004 alowed Quality to raise the bar in service and set new standards for the wholesale wine industry.

Ben’s experience continues to help drive Quality into the future through his expert knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, and bulk storage techniques.

Ben was named "Manager of the Year" in 2005 and "Employee of the Year" in 2006
